Service

Global NetWatch offers a web site performance monitoring solution as a "software as a service". Subscription to our service can be accomplished by either completing the sign up process at the Global NetWatch website or by calling our customer service department. Global NetWatch reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

Our monitoring process captures performance results and data which are exclusively owned and distributed by Global NetWatch without limitation. Subscriber specific results are provided via web portal, e-mail reports, and/or downloaded data feeds for subscriber internal use only and may not be redistributed or resold without prior written permission from Global NetWatch.

The Global NetWatch web site and the materials herein are provided on an "as-is" basis and Global NetWatch makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Global NetWatch has the right to terminate your Account.

Personal information you provide to Global NetWatch through the Service is governed by applicable laws related to personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your Account and you agree to notify Global NetWatch immediately of any unauthorized Account use.

Restriction of Use

In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not: (i) transfer or otherwise make available to any third party the services; (ii) provide any service based on the services; (iii) use the third party links to sites without agreeing to their website terms & conditions; (iv) post any third party link sites including their logo, company name, etc. without their prior written permission; or (v) use for illegal purposes.

Partners of Global NetWatch operating under a reseller agreement are exempt from the Restriction of Use terms listed above and instead will be governed by the terms of the reseller agreement.
